Lynnwood’s Vision: Small Group Ministry will foster and deepen community with God and  others.

Goal: The goal in all small faith-sharing groups is to create a safe environment in which people can be themselves, share the joys and sorrows of their lives, be loved, nurtured, affirmed as they explore their Christian faith and grow in their relationship with God.

What Is a Small Group Ministry

At Lynnwood small groups are small, lay-led and faith-sharing groups. Small groups can range anywhere between three to ten people. Trained lay facilitators run innumerable faith-sharing groups in their homes or at Lynnwood church and at any time! Lay leaders are trained to recruit and facilitate small groups on topics that personally engage them. Coaches are church leaders (lay and clergy) who train, support and supervise lay facilitators. Currently Lynnwood coaches are Kay and Bill Grosch:  869-7479

Small groups meet weekly or twice monthly. They are low demand or high-demand, short-term or long-term. Groups are committed to inviting new people.
